WHEN BOARDING
To assist the driver and punctuality of the journey please have your fare, Pass or M-ticket ready when you board.
TICKET PURCHASE & RETENTION
Contactless Payment is accepted on all Buses, but we do accept cash if you prefer.
On receipt of a ticket please ensure all details printed are correct and check any change as mistakes cannot be rectified later.
Please retain your ticket for the duration of your journey which must be made available for inspection on request by any of the company’s officials.
TICKET & PASS HOLDERS
Travel is only permitted on production of a valid ticket or pass (by the named pass holder) when boarding otherwise a non-refundable fare is charged at the applicable rate
