STUDENT ANNUAL SEASON TICKET 2019-20 - CREDIT / REFUND POLICY


Following Government Guidance on the closure of Schools there will be an element of unused value for holders of a valid 2019-20 Student Annual Season Ticket.


No Credits or Refunds will be considered until the scheduled/actual end of Term 6 whichever is the latter. At this point the credit value on the ticket will be calculated, based upon either the closure of the school in March or beyond pro-rata in the event the school officially re-opens to complete the academic year 2019-20 following Government Guidance.


CREDITS:


Years 7-12: Subject to the school not being officially re-opened before the end of Term 6; 2019-20 Annual Season Tickets will be charged at: The applicable Term Rate for Terms 1&2 and 10 x Week Ticket Rate for the uncompleted Terms 3&4. The normal £10 cancellation fee will not be applied in this instance. In the event schools re-open before the end of Term 6 then a revised calculation will be applied pro-rata.


The applicable credit will be applied when you make your next Season Ticket purchase through our online portal.

Please note the ticket will need to be in the name of the same student, to verify this you will need to enter your Season Ticket serial number which can be found at the bottom of your current ticket (so please keep this in a safe place) and answer a security question. A Credit cannot be accepted until these sections are completed correctly.


REFUNDS will only be available to:


Year 11 Students who have not taken up the credit offer once the 2020-21 Academic Year commences, will become eligible for a refund, once a Parent/Guardian has given the school permission to confirm to us upon request that they have not enrolled for Year 12.


Year 13 Students will be eligible for a refund, once a Parent/Guardian has either provided us with proof of age (a copy of a birth certificate or passport is acceptable) or given the school permission to confirm to us upon request that they were a Year 13 Student in the Academic Year 2019-20.


A Parent/Guardian of a Student eligible for a refund will need to apply by email to office@delainebuses.com

For security reasons you will receive a response from us and be asked a number of security questions to verify your identity before we can process your application. This will include your Season Ticket serial number which can be found at the bottom of your current ticket (so please keep this in a safe place)
