LOST PROPERTY
 

Due to the volume of enquiries only valuables (ie Bank Cards, Keys, Mobile Phones) can be dealt with by telephone

All other enquiries must be made in person at the Office: (Mondays - Fridays 0900 - 1630)

If you need to make a telephone call regarding lost Bank Cards, Keys or Mobile Phones,
we will need to ascertain which vehicle your property may be on.
Please ensure you can pass on to us the information regarding where you were travelling from and to and at what time.

Even in extreme circumstances drivers can only be contacted when they are stationary at a terminus.

Some vehicles will travel back and forth along the same route. In these cases the best soloution for your property being returned, is for you to meet the vehicle whilst it is still in service and it has not returned to the depot.
(Where possible we can inform you of an individual vehicles operating schedule).

Once any item has reached our depot it must be collected in person as we are not permitted to send items out on vehicles.
